This Programme aims to provide Hong Kong students aged 8-13 with authentic exposure to the UK boarding school teaching and culture, in the convenience of their home city. Hosted at Hong Kong Golf and Tennis Academy, INSPIRE emulates the daily schedule of a top UK boarding school with sports and drama.

I led the whole team from event management, marketing materials design, creative production to digital SEO and SEM promotion to reach target 75% earlier. We developed the copywriting and selected our target audience with paid ads strategic segmentation. Over 2 months, we have increased the sign-up rate by 68% and reached an optimum number of participants.
